Ecolution
ECOLUTION develops an advanced, interactive and certified Master’s programme in Smart Environmental Sustainability. By combining environmental science with smart technologies, the project equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed for careers in the rapidly growing sustainability sector.
Topic
Digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, smart sensors, data analytics and automation are becoming increasingly important for environmental protection and sustainable resource management. However, Europe currently faces a shortage of professionals who can combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of environmental sustainability.
ECOLUTION addresses this skills gap by developing an innovative MSc programme in Smart Environmental Sustainability. The programme connects environmental knowledge with digital and engineering solutions for areas such as pollution monitoring, water and resource management, precision agriculture, ecosystem protection and renewable energy.

Project Output
The main outcome of ECOLUTION is an advanced and certified MSc programme in Smart Environmental Sustainability Technologies. The programme combines academic knowledge, digital learning and practical industry experience.

- Courses in environmental policy, circular economy and sustainable resource management

The programme is designed in close cooperation with universities, research organisations and companies to ensure that its contents reflect current technological developments and labour-market requirements.
ECOLUTION connects environmental sustainability with digital innovation and practical engineering. Through international cooperation and work-based learning, participants gain the interdisciplinary expertise required to design, implement and manage smart solutions for real environmental challenges.
The project supports the green and digital transition while improving the employability of graduates and professionals in areas such as environmental monitoring, resource management, smart infrastructure and sustainable technology.
