The examination fee applies to each individual exam attempt. In certain cases, alternative arrangements may be agreed in advance—for example, when a larger number of examinations is organised for a group.
Yes, the examination fee is generally separate from any training fee. However, some training providers also organise the examination and may include both costs in their overall price. Please contact your training provider to confirm what is included.
Yes. An examination review can be arranged online with a member of the ECQA technical support team. The review fee must be paid in advance and is currently €75.
During the review, you will be guided through the incorrectly answered questions. Please note that the purpose of the review is to identify incorrect answers, not to discuss or reinterpret the examination questions. ECQA examination questions are regularly reviewed by subject-matter experts and updated by the responsible Job Role Committee when necessary.
Yes. Please contact us and provide your name, the approximate examination date and the organisation through which you completed the examination.
A fee for printing and shipping may apply. The replacement certificate will be sent to the address provided as soon as possible.
