Project Output
The main goal of the project is to encourage digital transformation in the EU through the training of higher education teachers, managers and other employees to acquire knowledge and skills of communication, education and teleworking through:

  • establishing a standardized distance education and work skills certification scheme for teachers, managers and employees,
  • creating innovative methods of education for work at a distance based on examples of good practice,
  • publishing publicly available education materials, a platform for e-learning and holding courses.

The project will develop a curriculum for teachers, managers and employees working remotely, examples of best remote work practices will be collected and manuals and other guidance materials will be published for different roles in remote operation. Innovative methods and multimedia training materials will be developed and a MOOC course will be prepared, as well as an accreditation and certification system established.
